Will decided that he doesn't need a morning nap anymore.This the result.

Everyone said ditching the nap it is kind of nice
because you aren't tied to the house as much but
I have found that I am instead tied to the time out
corner because he is misbehaving and hitting so much.
It's making me need a morning nap.

So sorry about this...remember YOU decide when the morning nap ends. Maybe even if he doesn't sleep, it'd be OK to have some quiet time in the crib with some books or magna-doodle so you can have a breather. I remember Henry tossing them out a few times in a fit of non-nap-independence, but learned pretty quickly that if he did, he had nothing to play with the rest of that hour. During that transition, he fell asleep about half the time proving to me he really wasn't quite ready to drop it. May the force be with you!
Love this, thanks for making the rest of us feel normal...or maybe just the rest of the mom's with hitters, screamers, and time-out chairs.
