At least the big guy in red gives out good treats...hopefully he'll remember that next year.

Good for you for trying! Im trying to work up the nerve but I know that it will end just like it did with Will:)
We had the exact same experience today. Noah started crying even when we were in line. He also got a candycane, but threw it back at Santa. Thats when we made our exit.
